Carrie Lloyd, Co-Founder
“I’ve been a writer, producer and designer for 20 years. Storytelling through words and design is what makes me come alive. Watching a guest walk in with a smile – that’s the essence of hospitality – the home is all about the story and experience.
Having lived in California for 12 years, I recently returned to the picturesque ‘Notswolds’. Originally from Stamford, I gained property management experience in the USA, renting out my homes and working as a curator and interior designer in California, Miami, and San Francisco.
As an Airbnb super host for 7 years, I understand what keeps that status and what can break it – reliance on good cleaners and reliable staff is key.
Recognising a lack of short-term rental management in the area, we aimed to create a bespoke, boutique company serving The Notswolds community.
I also trained with Rick Fink, a former royal butler, who emphasises quality and kindness. We believe high standards and humility foster trust, after all this is your home, and we want to represent you well.”

I love the ritual of hunting for just the right spot — somewhere that feels as comfortable as it is unique.
